Performance Hire
Whether you're looking for an intimate studio space, an informal cabaret setting or something larger, we have four performance spaces available for hire, including our renowned theatre.
The Albany Theatre
Capacity: 250 seated, 500 standing
With seating on two levels and a bar licensed until 03:00hrs we can accommodate rehearsals, production weeks and multiple performances.
Half Day Hire: £1150.00 + VAT
(maximum 9 hours, finish no later than 23:30hrs)
Day Hire: £1300 + VAT
(maximum 13 hours, finish no later than 23:30hrs)
Week Hire: £4,000 + VAT
(5 days, 5 performances. Day one maximum 13 hours to finish no later than 23:30hrs. Days two to five maximum 6 hours to finish no later than 23:30hrs)
The above includes space hire; maximum of two Technicians; Box Office services; Front of House and Bar staff.

The Studios
Studio capacity: 50 seated, 100 standing
Red Studio capacity: 80 seated 100 standing
Half Day Hire: £400.00 + VAT
(maximum 9 hours finish no later than 23:30hrs)
Day Hire: £500.00 + VAT
(Maximum 13 hours finish no later than 23:30hrs)
Week Hire: £2,000 + VAT
(5 days, 5 performances. Day one maximum 13 hours to finish no later than 23:30hrs. Days two to five maximum 6 hours to finish no later than 23:30hrs)
The above cost includes space hire; Technician; Box Office services; Front of House and Bar staff; Mini-Bar.
Café Space
Capacity: 100 seated, 120 standing
Half Day Hire: £500 + VAT
(14:00hrs – 23:30hrs. Cost includes space hire; Technician; Box Office services; Front of House and Café staff).

Marketing Consulations
Marketing consultations are available with our Marketing Department (subject to availability). These are bespoke sessions designed to help with campaign planning and offer an insight into the different marketing channels available within the local area.
