Q. What time is the box office open?
A. 9am - 9pm weekdays and 10am - 5pm on Saturdays. We have extended opening times in the evening and on Sundays if there is a show at least two hours before show start time. Click here for booking information.
Q. Where can I find information about space hire?

Q. Do you cater for events?
A. Yes, we offer a wide range of menus from sandwiches to cold and hot buffets. Click here to read about catering options.
Q. If I hire a space, can I bring my own catering?
A. No, due to health and safety reasons, all food and refreshments must be provided by our cafe.
Q. Does the Albany offer work placements?
A. We do offer work experience and internships. Please contact our Creative Learning Manager
Q. I have lost my ticket for an event...can I get another one?
A. Unfortunately, lost tickets cannot be reprinted and replaced, this is in order to prevent fraud.
Q. What activities do you run for young people?
A. There is a range of activities from workshops during school holidays to longer running projects like the Albany Youth Forum. Click here to read about current projects that are run for and by young people.
