A photo of the Albany garden. A large palm tree is in the centre of the space, with people sat on picnic benches around it. In the foreground of the image is a large wooden planter with a young tree growing in it. At the back of the image is the side of the Albany building - a squat brick building with a tiled roof.

About this event

An interactive theatre workshop led by ice&fire, a pioneering theatre company who use testimony, documentary evidence and storytelling to challenge dominant narratives and populist rhetoric on migration and migration policies.

The company will share archival material and open a discussion with the audience. As an introduction to the workshop, Goldsmiths' Dr Marta Minetti and Dr Natalie Katsou will lead a walking tour of the Albany, reflecting on migration’s current legal framework.
