The Albany is looking for a versatile and experienced senior manager to oversee our performance venues and lead the technical team to deliver our year-round creative programme. This is a highly collaborative role with a strong focus on managing budgets and resources while delivering innovative and artistically ambitious projects. Working with trailblazing associate and emerging artists is central to this post as is developing the in-house team to support diversity in arts employment.

As part of the senior management team you will be able to feed into the Albany’s ambitious plans for the next few years, including leading on national projects, developing new artistic and programming models, and major capital development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated candidate with a robust background in technical, stage or sound and a track record of successfully managing projects and people to take ownership and further develop the technical department.
