Vacancy Young People's Programme Manager
For this management role we are looking for a highly creative and experienced individual with leadership potential to further develop our award-winning Young People’s Programme
You will design, develop and deliver a diverse, inclusive and artistically high quality Young People’s Programme, in collaboration with young people, the local community and key partners and stakeholders; expand the Albany’s diverse and dynamic creative programme and its different levels of entry and access, develop co-creation models with participant groups and artists, with a wide range of outcomes including skills and employability as well as high-quality artistic performance. With the support of CEO/AD, Head of Creative Programmes and Head of Business Development to lead a strategic and entrepreneurial approach to programme development and fundraising for this area.
We are seeking a dynamic, creative resourceful individual, with a strong track record of similar work and excellent management skills. We are offering an opportunity for the right person to further develop their career in this sector and to work within an energetic organisation, creative environment and dedicated team.
Salary: ca. £28000 - £30,000 per annum, subject to experience
Hours: 32-40 hours p.w. options available including flexible working/job share. Some evening and weekend work required.
