Whilst all of our projects and events are currently suspended we are working together with our participants, artists and communities to stay connected in other ways. We will update here with information as and when the situation changes.
We run a series of workshops and masterclasses for artists from fundraising to project planning. We also offer paid opportunities, from small grants for one off events to our Christmas show commission and host open mic and open stage events. Find out more below.
We can support work which is ready to be shown to an audience through our ‘Albany Presents’ artistic programme, and we can also support work we are interested in which needs further development through ‘Albany R&D’.
We’re especially interested in artists; whose work reflects the diversity of 21st Century London and reflects the communities in and around the Albany; who are from diverse and non-mainstream backgrounds; who will really benefit from having a platform and support for their work.
We also focus on intergenerational work which meaningfully engages older and/or younger participants in a co-collaborative opportunities and is co-created with communities and audiences.
Find out more about our artist development opportunities below or visit our Artistic Policy page to find out more about the type of submissions we’re interested in.
