The experience of different gazes that play upon our bodies – whether patriarchal, imperialist, heteronormative, ableist or racist – shape the ways in which we are able to expect and experience the way we look at ourselves. Through guided exercises and immersive liberatory imagining techniques this experience will help participants to consider how they would experience their own bodies in a world where external gazes were not internalised.
This workshop is open to self-identifying women of all backgrounds and experiences.
