Explain your current situation to your five-years-ago self….

In 2011 Grammy Award winning musician Frank Ocean wrote a Tumblr letter answering the question  “Explain your current situation to your five-years-ago self.”

The result was the most heartfelt, wholesome, and inspirational letter, with insight into his journey including personal and professional development, heartache humour but above all hope

To honour 10 years since the letter was first posted, we have invited some of the country’s most exciting writers’ poets and Theatre Makers to express what they would say to their younger self if only they had the chance. The letters we be interceded by acoustic and jazz renditions of some of Frank Oceans most iconic songs performed by a host of incredible emerging and established musicians. A night of creativity, Chilled vibes, reflection, love and hope.
