About the space

We’d love for you to join our creative hub. We offer a range of options, from coworking to fixed desks and private offices of varying sizes.

We have 30 private offices, which are home to creative and community organisations who have been with us anywhere from three months to ten years.

As a resident you’ll have access to our community café and beautiful garden for meetings or lunch breaks, as well as meeting and rehearsal spaces you can book for subsidised rates. We can also provide cleaning and internet for a small additional fee.

If you’re not quite ready for an office, we can offer Fixed Desks to support your business as it grows. Fixed desks come with access to a communal kitchen, free wifi, lockable storage, an allocated private area for post and deliveries, and 10 free hours of ad hoc meeting and rehearsal space.

In our coworking hub, you can book a desk by the day. With a communal kitchen, comfy seating areas, and views of the Albany garden, it’s the perfect space to come and work in a social setting. Become a Creative Communities Member to gain access to the coworking hub.

We don’t just provide office space and facilities – our residents are part of our creative and community ecosystem, with collaboration at its heart.

Feedback

The Albany is a really creative space and it’s because there are so many creative people around, creative companies. Where I was [working] before I wasn’t really feeling my creativity and now I feel encouraged to be creative. It feels like a community atmosphere.
