Our membership offers access to our coworking hub, low-cost rehearsal space and professional development opportunities.
Join our community of over 100 members making the most of the Albany’s creative spaces.
Whether you’re a theatre-maker who needs a space to move; a freelancer craving a return to in-person meetings; or just looking for a more social space to work – we’d like to help you foster connections, access opportunities and collaborate with each other.
You can choose to pay-as-you-go from just £3.50 per month to keep things super flexible; book a monthly coworking package to get the best deal; or reserve your own fixed desk if you’d prefer a permanent home!
Benefits
Access to our coworking hub
Desks are bookable from £10 per day, and include free tea and filter coffee from our café; a locker for the day; up to 10 pages of printing; and of course access to a communal kitchen, comfy seating areas and views of our beautiful garden.
On a budget, and have no need for the hot drinks, locker, or printing? We also offer a ‘no frills’ coworking rate of £8.50 per day for access to the desk only.
Low-cost meeting, movement and rehearsal space
Looking for a last-minute space for a meeting, a private space for a zoom call, a space to move or try out a new idea? Members can book available spaces 24 hours in advance, starting from £5.50 per hour.
Fundraising support
Book a free 1:1 session with a professional fundraiser to discuss your fundraising strategy, workshop a specific funding application, or get advice on a campaign.
Subsidised rehearsal and R&D space
Working on a more in-depth project? Members can request access to rehearsal and movement space for longer periods of time, starting from £45 per day.
Resources and peer-to-peer support network
Members will receive a link to our Slack channel where we post opportunities and resources from the Albany and our friends at other arts organisations; plus you’ll have the chance to network and learn from one another!
Regular updates and exclusive offers
We’ll send you a monthly newsletter with an opportunity round up, offers, and updates on other events and activities you can get involved with at the Albany and Deptford Lounge. You’ll also be the first to hear when new workspace and resident offices are available.

Yes! Creativity comes in a variety of forms, and our members range from comedians to architects and web developers. Whether you want to make connections, access low-cost meeting space, or reply to your emails with a view of our lovely garden, everyone is welcome!
