Our private office and studio spaces vary in size from 14sqm to 41sqm, catering to both individual creative practitioners and established organisations, charities, and businesses.
As a resident of our creative hub, you’ll have access to our community cafe and beautiful garden for meetings or lunch breaks. We have meeting rooms you can hire and a coworking hub if you need more space to expand your activities. We can also provide internet and cleaning for a small additional fee.
Better yet, you’ll have other creative organisations as your neighbours – our residents have been with us anywhere from three months to ten years, and some of them are our close collaborators.
Our rates are affordable, and we offer exclusive discounts for charitable organisations.
Offices at the Albany are accessible Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 20:00, and Saturdays, 10:00 to 15:00.
Offices at Deptford Lounge are accessible from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 21:00, Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00, and Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00.
