About this space

Whether you’re meeting one person or 150, we’ve got a space for you. 

Our meeting rooms have natural light, striking architecture, and presentation facilities. Room bookers will have access to our bustling café and beautiful garden, and we can also provide delicious catering homemade on site.  

We’re happy to host one-off meetings, but we also have a community of regular bookers who return to us time and again. Regular bookers receive benefits including priority booking and a bespoke newsletter. 

We’re a registered charity and award-winning social enterprise. Any income we generate is reinvested into our work, so when you choose us and our spaces, you’re investing in our local community.

Please note that this form constitutes a request for booking only, and does not guarantee availability. Bookings should not be considered confirmed until you have received confirmation from the Hires team and full payment has been made.
All booking times requested and agreed upon are strict. You will not be permitted to enter your booked space early or permitted to stay later without incurring additional fees.

For all additional booking requests please include: - desired room - number of attendees - start and end time of booking
This is how the venue will refer to and reference your booking. For example, 'Albany Hires Team Meeting', or 'Ella's Dance Class'.
Please note that singing, dancing or other loud activities are not permitted unless specifically discussed when making your booking.
