About this project
Better understand your mood and learn ways that you can cope with difficult emotions in a more positive and productive way.
Mental wellbeing is a positive state of mind. It's about feeling good, coping well with life's stresses, and functioning productively. It involves feeling safe, secure, and thriving in daily life, while also maintaining positive relationships, resilience, and a sense of meaning and purpose.
We offer free, face-to-face support to 12-19 year olds (or up to 25 year olds who are care leavers or have SEN) to improve their mental wellbeing. The content of the sessions will depend on your specific situation and the goals you would like to work towards. We will track progress in different areas, including feelings and emotions; healthy lifestyle; where you live; friends and relationships; school; training and work; how you use your time and self-esteem.

Feedback
I have more control over my bad habits now – I'm not gaming for long hours, now healthier amount. I can control my anger better and am eating healthier, cooking for myself and enjoying this. I have ambition now and am more motivated.
