We are home to more than 20 incredible resident organisations delivering impact every day.
About our Residents
We don’t just provide office space and facilities – our residents are part of our creative and community ecosystem, with collaboration at its heart.
Our residents include nine Arts Council England National Portfolio organisations, and we regularly collaborate with them on events including Heart n Soul’s Squidz Club, a club night for young people with learning disabilities that takes over the entire Albany building; and Spread the Word’s Deptford Literature Festival.

A small charitable association managing approximately 48 homes in the London Borough of Lewisham.

We’d love for you to join our creative hub. We offer a range of options, from coworking to fixed desks and private offices of varying sizes.
As a resident you’ll have access to our community café and beautiful garden for meetings or lunch breaks, as well as meeting and rehearsal spaces you can book for subsidised rates.
