Deptford Lounge

Deptford Lounge includes a public library, computer labs, study areas, a café and space hire - including a rehearsal suite with a sprung floor and a roof-top ball court.

The Albany manages the facilities on behalf of Lewisham Council.

The Albany programmes a range of creative events there from exhibitions to family activity days, film screenings to immersive theatre shows. With a focus on community and local enterprise through learning and participation, this unique partnership places performance and creativity in the heart of the space.

We are 150m from step-free Deptford Station (Rail) and 650m from New Cross Station (Rail and Overground). With multiple bus routes and a near-by DLR link, Deptford Lounge is an easy commute from anywhere in London.
