About this space

Desks are bookable from £10 per day, and include free tea and filter coffee from our café; a locker for the day; up to 10 pages of printing; and of course access to a communal kitchen, comfy seating areas and views of our beautiful garden.

On a budget, and have no need for the hot drinks, locker, or printing? We also offer a basic ‘no frills’ coworking rate of £8.50 per day for access to the desk only.

Our café is open from 9am to 3pm serving hot and cold drinks, cake and delicious homemade lunch options. Whilst you’re working with us, why not come along to our Creative Cuppa, where you can meet our Creative team and enjoy a free pastry; or spend your Friday lunchtimes in the garden with Come ’n’ Grow.

Desks are booked by the day. By booking a desk you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of use.

You must have an active Creative Communities Membership in order to book the space. Don’t have one yet? Sign up now!

Per day: Annual Membership + your choice of booking options:

£10 Standard, which includes access to our coworking hub, unlimited free tea and filter coffee from our café, access to a locker for the day, and up to 10 printed pages.

£18 Premium, which includes everything in the standard rate, plus two hours of ad-hoc space booking time (to be booked on the same day).

On a budget? No problem, we also have a £8.50 Basic day rate, which gives you access to the desk only.

You can also choose a membership package which includes a set number of days per month, which is more cost-effective in the long run!

Want to bring a friend? We offer a Guest Pass for £10 per day.

Slots will become available five days in advance, and you can book right up to the day itself (subject to availability).

Our current hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Occasionally the building will be closed on bank holidays and during our annual Christmas closure period, but we’ll always give you a heads up if this is happening.

We’re working to find the balance between offering a low-cost workspace option and ensuring we can keep the space going. We have a limited number of discounted and subsidised coworking spaces available; if you think this applies to you please get in touch and we’d be happy to talk to you about it.
