Creative Communities Resident Membership Form

Welcome! We are excited to be offering the Albany’s resident organisations complimentary access to our Creative Communities membership programme.

Please fill out this form with the name and email address of the staff member in your organisation that will have responsibility for holding your membership and making bookings.

1. Each resident organisation at the Albany will receive 1 complimentary Creative Communities memberships.

2. The Lead Membership Holder can book spaces on behalf of others as long as it pertains to work directly for the organisation.

3. If you would like more than one staff member to have access to booking spaces, they may sign up for a paid membership (ranging from £20 to £35 per annum).

4. Please do NOT use the membership to book on behalf of someone else for a project unrelated to the organisation. In this case, the person who needs to book a space may sign up for their own membership.
