    Please give details of any filming or photography requirements.
    Please specify any accessibility requirements, e.g. wheelchair access backstage, assistance dog accommodations, lighting considerations, visual aids, correspondence in a different colour/size/font, extra time to digest written information, a breakout or 'safe' space.
    For example: - BSL/captioned - Audio-described - Touch tours - Pre/post show talks or workshop activity - Relaxed performances (please note that we already have a relaxed approach to all performances and audience experience throughout the building) If so, please specify dates and details.
    Please provide as much detail as possible about any other production requirements that may not be included in your tech spec, e.g. additional lighting requirements, sound requirements, A/V requirements, set design and props details, storage requirements.
    The Venue will allow latecomers entry after show as standard. If this is an issue please state here – this cannot be changed after contracting.
    Please include any further information or requirements for your event, including details that are yet to be confirmed, but useful to know, e.g. unconfirmed event attendees/additional staff.

    Please provide a Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Google Drive link to any marketing materials, including at least one high quality image (minimum 300dpi), preferably without text.
    Please provide age guidance for your show. If your show is a family show, please include an upper limit, e.g. 8 - 12 years. A limit helps parents make informed decisions about which shows are right for their child. Often if a show is marketed at 3+ or 4+ parents will assume it is only for 3 or 4 year olds, and be reluctant to bring older children, whereas if a show is marketed at 3-7 we’ll get children of every age within that bracket attending.
